To activate your Unionbank cyber account card, you need to deposit Php150.00 before you can use it with Paypal. Also, you need to pay Php 350.00 annual fee. However, it is still way cheaper than paying Western Union Fee everytime you send money.

How to Withdraw your money from Paypal to your ATM?
